It is a home from home and quiet but only 5 minutes from the city centre. This self catering detached home will cater for all your needs in a quiet, residential, safe and comfortable environment. The house has been a family home for 35 years and is the perfect base for a group or a company to rent as well as a family or families. Things to do

It is well placed on the Southside of Glasgow and convenient for connection onto the M8 and M77 corridors and with easy access to the M74. From these roads further access is available to all main areas of business and commerce and sport facilities and attractions within the central belt. From the house it is also easy to visit Edinburgh, Stirling and Loch Lomond. It is 3 minutes walk to the local train station, there are also local buses from the main road, it is only 5 minutes walk from Ibrox Stadium, it is 15 minutes from Glasgow airport and one hour from Gleneagles Golf course and Turnberry Golf.

For infirm or elderly guests, a double bed can be made available on the ground floor.

Two travel cots with full bedding is available along with a high chair, two soft armchairs, a car seat and various toys and games for babies and children

  • Payment is in GBP in advance, before use of a conversion tool. (May accept other currencies if this agreed in advance).
  • Check in time 4 pm.
  • Check out 10 am.
  • Set up for 11 but additional put up bed and bedding can be provided. We will endeavour to accommodate special requests.
  • Mid week change of towels.
  • Compulsory linen change weekly.
  • Discounts for weekly and monthly rates, but further discretionary discounts may be applied by the owner.
  • Seasonal rates will be applied over some holiday periods.
  • Cleaner can be arranged for duration of stay, at additional cost.
  • Normally minimum let 2 nights, but can discuss, please contact.
  • Extended rentals can be negotiated if required.
  • Any special arrangements can be discussed.
  • House manual will be provided with useful information including instructions on appliances.
  • Personal greeting at normal entry time when keys will be handed over. Thereafter you can contact by phone or email, except between 2300 hours to 0800 hours unless in an emergency. This detail will be given when booking is confirmed and will also be left in the house manual.

Letting costs Long stay - 14 nights £3500, 28 nights £6000 and thereafter £200 per night
Payment Information Once an enquiry is received a quotation will be issued. A deposit of 25% will be quoted and should be paid within 7 days. One month prior to start of booking the balance + £500 refundable security deposit must be paid. The refundable deposit will be returned within one week.
Discounts Are offered at the owners discretion and always for stays of 14 nights and more, please enquire.
